Seven Generations Energy Ltd. - Kakwa Lodge
7 Generations Energy (7G) led the development of the Kakwa River Project. A multi-million dollar project with the opportunity to produce approximately 2 billion cubic feet of gas and 200,000 barrels of natural gas liquids for nearly 20 years. Underpinning the success of this project was the need to recruit, retain and house top talent across Canada.
First Pac West developed a 825 occupant holistically based accommodation system. A high-quality hotel-inspired experience was provided with superior recreational facilities, unparalleled common space environments and outstanding culinary services.
Martensville Athletic Pavilion (Field House)
Martensville is one of Western Canada's fastest growing community's in the Province of Saskatchewan. Martensville encourages and is focussed on developing a healthy, safe and active lifestyle for all residents in their community.
First Pac West was commissioned to develop a 50 thousand square foot facility including a 20 thousand square feet of court space, capable of accommodating unto three full size basketball courts, six volleyball courts and 12 badminton courts. The Martensville Athletic Pavilion was the first stressed membrane structure with an internal build using Cross Laminted Timber (CLT's) in North America. Attached to the local high school, this $12M dollar structure met the needs of every member of the fast growing community. The students are able to utilize the amenities, as well as having it available to the general public to offer classes in yoga, dance and other health-based activities.
Lax Kw'alaams Village - Seniors Housing
Lax Kw'alaams Village was committed to invest in the quality of life for their senior citizens. A development of new apartments was proposed as seniors housing within the Lax Kw'alaams community. A development which incorporated design, delivery and installation. Overall, the mission was to provide housing for seniors in their community who would be able to call it "their home".
First Pac West developed a bespoke property of eight (8) new fully-serviced, two-bedroom suites within a two-story building. Elevators were provided for barrier-free access to all units on the upper floor. Situated in close proximity to the Elders Hall, residents in this new development remained in a central location with access to all amenities within the Village, essentially enabling the senior citizens to stay close to their community.
